What is rocket manatee?

There is no such thing as a "rocket manatee." Manatees are slow-moving aquatic mammals, also known as seacows, that live in shallow, warm waters along the coasts, rivers, and estuaries of the Americas and Africa. They are herbivores and spend most of their day grazing on sea grasses and other vegetation. Manatees face threats from habitat loss, boat collisions, pollution, and hunting. Conservation efforts are underway to protect and conserve these gentle giants.
